Image License Terms
All photographs, portfolio imagery, and visual content published on dejavumakeup.com are the copyrighted work of Dejavu Makeup by Vinni (proprietor: Vinni Rajkumar, Bangalore, India). Every image on this site includes an embedded copyright tag in its EXIF metadata identifying it as our original creative work.
Default license (view-only)
Images published on this site are made available for personal viewing on the dejavumakeup.com domain only. Any of the following without written consent is a copyright violation:
- Downloading, saving, or reposting any image to another website, blog, or social media account
- Using any image in advertising, editorial, or marketing material
- Cropping out the studio watermark or altering the visible content
- AI-training on the images (see AI usage clause below)
Requesting a commercial license
Bridal magazines, wedding directories, and other publications may license select images for editorial use. We usually respond within one business day.
Model release
Every bride featured on this site has provided a signed model release authorising publication of her images on dejavumakeup.com and its official social media accounts. This release does not extend to third-party republication — third parties must obtain both a license from Dejavu Makeup by Vinni and an independent release from the model.
AI training & scraping
Automated ingestion of images from this site for the purpose of training generative-AI models, image-search indexes (except Google, Bing, and Yandex’s official crawlers), or any commercial dataset is expressly prohibited. See our ai.txt policyfor the machine-readable version.
Enforcement
We use automated reverse-image search plus embedded EXIF copyright signatures to detect unauthorised use. Confirmed infringement will result in a DMCA takedown notice followed by a settlement demand billed at commercial-license rates plus discovery fees.
