Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any bridal makeup, wedding makeup or destination makeup service from Dejavu Makeup by Vinni.
BOOKINGS & PAYMENT — All bookings are confirmed on receipt of a ₹5,000 non-refundable advance which is adjusted against the final package cost. Balance payment is due before the event. We accept UPI, bank transfer and cash.
ONE BRIDE PER DAY — Vinni commits to only one bride per day to guarantee complete personal attention. Once your date is blocked, we will not accept another bride on the same date.
FREE BRIDAL TRIAL — A complimentary trial session is included in every bridal package. Trials are scheduled at our studio in Coles Road, Bangalore. Additional trials, if requested, are billed separately.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING — The ₹5,000 booking amount is non-refundable but adjustable against a rescheduled date within 12 months, subject to availability. Cancellations within 7 days of the event may forfeit the advance in full.
ON-TIME GUARANTEE — We commit to arriving on time. If we are delayed beyond 30 minutes of the agreed arrival time (excluding traffic delays notified in advance), a 10% refund on the makeup service is offered as a goodwill gesture.
TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION — For destination weddings within India or abroad (Goa, Hyderabad, Udaipur, Dubai, Bali, etc.), travel and accommodation are billed transparently at actuals and must be arranged by the client.
PHOTOGRAPHY & USAGE — Vinni may photograph her work for portfolio, marketing and social media use unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing before the event.
GOVERNING LAW — Any disputes shall be resolved amicably first and, if unresolved, are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
